People with service dogs do everything and go everywhere with their dogs, yes, even the mini golf course at Hilltop Funcenter in Somersworth, NH! Just like you, they like to enjoy the same recreational activities as everyone else. When you see a service dog, even though they are cute and definitely would never bite you, you should never run up and pet them. I do encourage you to ask, however, but do not be too disappointed or surprised if the person says “No, they’re working”. Even though it may be a more relaxed atmosphere, these dogs are still working and need to be focused on their job. Even though they do not look like they are working, these dogs are always on duty, even when they’re at home and have their vest off!
